| Barbara, The large grubs are probably the larvae of rhinocerous beetles or some similar large beetle species. They are not much to be concerned over. I am not sure what the gell like sacs might be. You might consider taking some to your county Extension office to see if they have any ideas as to their identity. With a sample in hand they may be able to identify them. Thanks for the question.
