I cannot locate , other than seed, anyone who sells this as a plant. Do you have it and where can I get it?

Melinus nerviglumis, (Rhynchelytrum nerviglume) 'Pink Crystals' Ruby Grass, is a winner of the 1998 Plant Select Awards. Ruby Grass is a short grass, growing only 8 to 12 inches high, with blue-green foliage that turns purple-red in the fall. Ruby Grass is a real show stopper in the summer when it produces beautiful 3-4 inch iridescent ruby-pink blooms that sit about a foot above the foliage and are breathtaking blowing in the wind. These ?Pink Crystals? acquire a silvery appearance as they age extending the show of this grass. This grass is great for use as borders and in mixed perennial beds. It should be available from one of the following nurseries:
