I have planted some Washintonia Robusta from seeds and would like to know how long I can have the seedlings grow in a container before they need to be planted. Also wonder what the definition is of

You can keep potting them up into progressively larger containers for as long as you can manage their size if you want to! Choose a pot that is the next size up. i.e., another couple inches across.
