We have a dwarf tree. In the fall all the leaves fell off and the plant looks dryed out. Will the tree come back in the spring?

Unfortunately this does not sound good, citrus trees should be evergreen. Since it has been months, and it looks dried out, I suspect it is dead. To be certain you can check for signs of life by scraping into the bark with your fingernail. If there is still green inside and the stems are flexible, it might releaf although it is still doubtful. I'm sorry.
