Question: Is there a difference between dwarf english boxwoods and plain english boxwoods. If there is do both have the same beautiful fragrence.

Answer: The only difference between the two is the mature size. Both are slow growing and both have the same flowers and fragrance. If you have a small space and want to plant a boxwood, the dwarf English boxwood would be the better choice.
