Is there a difference between dwarf english boxwoods and plain english boxwoods. If there is do both have the same beautiful fragrence.

The only difference between the two is the mature size. Both are slow growing and both have the same flowers and fragrance. If you have a small space and want to plant a boxwood, the dwarf English boxwood would be the better choice.
