In Fresno,Ca we planted 15 seedings that in 10 years grew to an average height around 35-40 feet. Any chance of this happening down here in Baja?

Some of the largest trees in San Diego are Coastal Redwoods so you should have good success with trees in your new growing region. I can't predict how fast they will grow - growth rate really depends upon growing conditions (soil, care, and environment). I have no reason to expect them to do anything but flourish under your care. Best wishes with your new trees!
