I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

Thunder Cloud is a plum but is not the edible type you are most likely familiar with. I seriously doubt that it will pollinate a burbank plum as they are totally different species.
