The Q&A Archives: Compact Texas Sage

Question: What time of year do you prune compact texas sage?

Answer: James,

Mid to late winter is a good time to prune that plant. Just get any pruning done before it start to put out new growth. The blooms will form on the new growth so don't keep shearing it on into the growing season or you will significantly reduce bloom production.
