My front porch faces the West and it gets very hot here in the summers 100+. I am looking for hanging baskets that can tolerate that kind of heat and full afternoon sun. Thank you.

David,

Some good choices are purslane and moss rose, Blue Daze (Evolvulus), dwarf Zinnias (especially narrow leaf zinnia), Calibrachoa, Batfaced Cuphea, Ornamental Sweet Potato Vine, Osteospermum, Scaevola (Fan flower), Setcreasea (Purple Heart), and Verbena.

Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
