For regular feeding should I be using regular slow release food or acid plants food for camillias/azeleas? I like blue flowers so I did add Aluminum sulfur thingy supposed to turn color blue. |
Too much fertilizer can result in lots of foliage at the expense of flowers, so don't feed too much or too often. In areas where the soil is alkaline (such as yours) most hydrangea growers use an acidified fertilizer (such as Mir-Acid). Best wishes with your garden! |
