I forgot to plant my spring tulips, and other blubs...can I still plant them at this time of year?

It is very late to be planting bulbs, but since they will not keep until next year you really have nothing to lose by trying. You might plant them in containers, just in case they don't perform. If they don't sprout, you can just empty the containers and plant some summer annuals.
