The Q&A Archives: Name of Trees

Question: What are the name of the trees that are blooming in March with pink blossoms

Answer: Lynn,

There are several possibilities. The most likely include peaches (there are varieties grown as ornamentals), pink dogwoods, deciduous magnolias (some have pink to purplish blooms but usually bloom earlier than March) and redbuds (usually more lavendar/purple than pink but pink cultivars exist).
