Looking for effective fast growing, privacy hedge, preferably having some caller other then green like some shade of rad or flowers, that would not attract a lot of wild life. What can you recommend?

That is tough set of specifications. Most good hedge plants are green.

Some green shrubs for a good barrier include 'Bright N Tight' Carolina Cherry Laurel, oleander (colorful flowers), Gallberry (Ilex glabra), Golden dewdrop (Duranta repens)(has blue or white blooms followed by yellow fruits), and Thryallis (yellow blooms but cold tender below 28 degrees).
