There are many houseplants that will do well in direct sun. Some to consider would include succulents such as the jade tree and hoya vines, cactus, citrus, Dracaena draco, geraniums, tropical hibiscus, lantana, justicia, spider plant, papyrus, passiflora, ponytail palm, and miniature roses. Your professionally trained nursery staff should be able to help you evaluate the growing conditions you have and select plants that would do especially well there.
