Without knowing which type of honeysuckle vine you have, it is a bit difficult to make a guess. However, it may be that they need more sun, or they have been pruned at the wrong time of year, or that they simply need to become better established. Some vines need several years to become well rooted and perform their best. You might also consult with your local county extension for more detailed troubleshooting help.
