Is it possible to plant Azarea, and gardeniaalong along side of Witer Gem Box wood Hedge?
Our soil is very alkaline. I think Azarea likes acid soil and Boxwood likes alkalin soil....
Can boxwood survive azarea food, etc?
Please advice.

Kanae,

Boxwood is rather forgiving taking a range of soil pH. Azaleas will need lots of peat moss and perhaps some special landscaping mix brought in to raise the planting area for good drainage and for more acidic, organic soil conditions. You can plant them together if it is in partial shade. Most azaleas hate full sun and boxwood can take partial shade. The azalea food will be fine for boxwoods or you can put regular fertilizer around those boxwood plants.
