Can I divide a four year old doublefile viburnum?

In my experience this is too well established to attempt division, in addition these shrubs do not lend themselves to being divided. If you need another one and it is not a patented variety you could consider rooting tip cuttings or possibly even layering it. Or, you could purchase another.
