| Scotch Bonnet, or Chocolate Pepper, is from the Caribbean and used in making jerky. The color varies, but the heat goes on. They're part of the Habanero family. New colors have been recently introduced, including pink, yellow and red. You can purchase seeds from: The Pepper Gal P. O. Box 23006 Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33307-3006 phone (954) 537-5540. You can probably get away with using any habanero for the time being. |
