Rachel,

The roses may be suffering from transplant shock as they try to get roots established to support the plant during this warm weather we've been having. It also may be that the soil is staying either too soggy wet or too dry both of which cause roots to die and top symptoms like you described. Dig down about 6 inches to feel the soil to see if it is either soggy or dry and adjust watering accordingly. Roses like lots of sun but when stressed the sun may be adding to the drooping problem.
