Two questions about the Star Jasmine plant. 1 - When is a good time to plant them... 2 - How far apart sould they be planted. We are designing a waterfall with landscaping bricks and I am trying to find a plant to hang down, covering (fully or partially) the bricks. You folks suggested the Star Jasmine the last time I presented you this question and I like the looks of this plant. The light will be full for now. In a few years, it may go to partial shade due to dwarf fruit trees. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanx again. |
Star jasmine will eventually reach 7-8' in width. This will take several years, though so if you want quick coverage, plant them only 3' apart. Star jasmine will grow in either full sun or partial shade. As your trees grow and provide more and more shade, your star jasmine will adapt. Enjoy! |
