Here are a few suggestions:
The Gold Cone Juniper grows in a natural cone shape and is perfect for landscape evergreen gardens. It's compact size makes this miniature evergreen tree an excellent choice for foundation planting in the home landscape as well. Foliage is a soft lime gold color.

Dwarf Scotch Pine (Pinus Sylvester) is a beautiful aqua green colored landscape evergreen. It grows in a conical shape into a very thick and full dwarf evergreen tree. A very useful and nice addition to any landscape evergreens design.

And, of course, there are the boxwoods. These will need to be pruned into a cone shape, but they look quite attractive when maintained in this manner.
