I was just given a Cytisus Spachianus - Genista Racemosa. Is this shrub deciduous? This will be a factor in placement in my yard.

Cytisus Spachianus is deciduous in that it loses its leaves, but the stems of the plant remain green all year around so there will be some winter interest.
