FLAME ? KAFFIR LILY
Clivia miniata `Monya` Plant Patent No. 6205 Finally. I found it. Thank you I've been looking for a picture and the correct scientific name for years. My father used to grow these plants at home when I was growing up. I took a few plant when I left home and have been keeping them as an inside plant at home for the past 15 years. I live in Germantown Maryland (outside of DC). Is the climate in Maryland warm enough to plant outside or not?

No, it is not warm enough (by a long shot) to plant Clivia outside. Your zip code places you in USDA winter hardiness zone 6. Clivia miniata is only hardy to zone 9. (Think Florida and southern California.) Congratulations on keeping your plants going for so many years!
