| Are Monrovia's pittosporum tenufolium golf ball kohuhu poisonous? The California Poison Control Center said that most pittosporum are majorly toxic, except for tobira and tenufolium. Being that your tenufolium is a new variety, I need to know if it is poisonous before I plant it. Thank you. |
| Pittosporum tenuifolium produces berries which can be poisonous if eaten. If you're at all concerned about having plants with the potential to be toxic, I'd avoid all Pittosporums. |
