If you want a solid wall, space the plants 30" apart. Green Tower grows 9' tall but remains only about 2' wide at maturity. If you space them 30" apart (trunk to trunk), each plant will grow 18" long branches on all sides of the trunk which will help them interlap by a few inches and produce a solid wall of green.
