| I have a tree rose (CRIMSON BOUQUET) It looses its foliage constantly Leaves turn yellow with dark brown or black spots. First the stem dies then the leave. What can I do to prevent? I have another tree rose, ABOUT FACe that has a similiar problem but not as severe. So far the flowers are OK but continued loss of foliage will kill tree. Thanks Michael |
| Michael, The brown spots on the leaves and leaves turning yellow is the fungal disease black spot. Your local garden center sells sprays for such a problem. The black shoots sound like some type of canker disease. Prune them out a couple of inches below the black area and spray the bush with the product you purchased for the black spot disease.
