Mock orange usually does not have pest or disease problems so it would not require routine spraying. If a problem develops, you need to identify it specifically and then based on knowing that, decide what to use. Your local county extension should be able to help you identify any problem that appears and then if it is something requiring a chemical control, will have the most up to date recommendations on what to use and how/when is best to apply it. If there is a problem with your mock orange, you might want to consult with them.
