| Although it isn't necessary to deadhead Southern Indica azaleas, doing so sometimes prompts a rebloom. And, snapping the trusses off the plants makes them look more attractive than waiting for the trusses to fall off. It's a matter of personal preference rather than a necessity. 'Orange Pride 'is a good choice for your growing region, as are 'Formosa'- rose purple - single - 3 inch diameter; 'Fielders White' - white - single - 2 3/4 inch diameter; 'George L. Taber'- light pink - single - 3 inch diameter; 'Judge Solomon' - pink - single - 3 inch diameter; 'Mrs. G. G.
