What kind of palm tree is best to plant in Western Oregon? Do you have any that are 5-6 feet in height?

Washingtonia filifera (California palm), W. robusta (Mexican fan palm), and Washingtonia x filabusta (hybrids between the former two species) are large fan palms native to the west coast of the United States and Mexico that are commonly cultivated as ornamental street and landscape trees in the Portland area.

I'm afraid I can't answer the second part of your question - every retailer is different and carries different types and sizes of plants. How about checking with one of the following local retailers:
