How do I trim my small boxwood shrubs into a round or globe shape?

It depends somewhat on how big/old they are. It's generally recommended not to prune more than one-third of a plant in a growing season, as more removes too much food-producing foliage and can shock the plant. Gradually shear back branches to all the same length in the shape you desire. Then keep it trimmed back regularly to maintain the shape. Good luck!
