Will Deodara Cedar Grow in partial Sun, afternoon about 3-4 hours in summer and full sun in the winter? Thanks Phill

That is a fairly iffy site. The 3-4 summer hours will cause it to be sparser than normal and maybe grow lopsided toward the best sun.
