| Yi-Chen, Place them on the surface of a seed starting mix from Home Depot. Then just barely cover them (not too deep). Carefully wet the soil mix and keep it moist. Put it in a cool indoor place until the seeds start to germinate. It may take a month or more for the seeds to come up.
