I thought that the yuletide camellia was a dwarf camellia. Is this incorrect information? If not dwarf, can I keep pruned to 2.5 or 3 feet? Thank you!!!

Alice,

Yuletide camellia produces upright growth to 8 to 10 ft. tall and wide. I think keeping it 3 feet or less in height is not going to be very possible or practical. You can check out Monrovia plants online. In the listing is an option to see landscape size so you don't end up with a disappointment in the future. However, I should add that Yuletide is a great camellia and I suggest you transplant it to another area of the yard. Fall is a good time to move such a plant.

Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
