The first two varieties that comes to mind are 'Chicago Peace' and 'Fragrant Cloud', both are hybrid tea roses. Some other hybrid teas include 'Belami', 'Big Purple', 'Bride's Dream', and 'Forgotten Dreams'. 'Eye Paint' is a good floribunda, as are 'Intrigue' and 'Little Darling'. 'Oranges and Lemons' is a good shrub rose, and 'Cl. Berries 'n Cream', 'Cl. Autumn Sunset' and 'Cl. Altissimo' are good climbers. Keep in mind that even though these varieties are winter hardy, they will still need to be "winter protected".
