when deadheading fushia do you pick just the old flower, Or the flower and the small stem it growes on? |
When you deadhead, make sure to take the entire flower including the green bulge at the base of it below the petals. On fuschia it is probably easiest to use a scissors or fine pruner and snip somewhere along that little stem. If you take most of the little stem it will look tidier when you are done.
