SOMETHING IS EATING THE TOPS OF MY GERANIUMS AND FLOWERS. THEY ARE ALSO DIGGING A ROUND HOLE NEXT TO WHERE MY TULIP BULBS ARE PLANTED. ANY FIXES FOR WHATEVER IS DESTROYING MY FLOWERS?

This might be a chipmunk (a smaller hole) or a woodchuck (a larger hole) or a combination with a deer eating the plants. You could try spraying the plants with pepper wax spray or one of the commercially formulated animal repellents, both are sold at nurseries and garden centers. If it is a woodchuck, please be very careful as these are wild animals and can bite badly. You may want to consult with your local animal control officer about removing it if it is a woodchuck.
