My saga plam is in a pot for 3yrs. with good drainage. This yr. it put on some new leaves. Before the new leaves I noticed yellowing in the middle of each leaf now the yellowing is on the new growth. I sits outside in a sunny bed. I water is and feed occasionally add fresh soil to pot each spring. Please help.

Dan,

Those symptoms appear to be similar to poor soil aeration which is usually brought on by soggy wet conditions in the roots. If you can maintain moderate moisture levels it should pull out of it and start producing normal new growth although the fronds that are yellow may not fully recover.
