When and how often should a Dwarf Mock Orange (Pittosporum Tobira) be fertilized? And what is 'the best' type of fertilizer for this plant? Thank you.

If growth or color is poor, you can feed once in the spring with a timed-release all-purpose fertilizer such as a 10-10-10. Mock orange is a slow grower and will become leggy if over-fertilized so don't feed too much or too often. Best wishes with your garden!
