| According to the John Hopkins Medical Institute, three day old broccoli sprouts contain 20-50 times the cancer preventing agents found in mature broccoli heads. They reportedly taste nothing like broccoli, but more like "sprouts". Sounds like broccoli sprouts are destined to become really popular. |
