I have a 17 foot stretch in front of my porch and would like to plant boxleaf eounymous in front of it as a small hedge. How many plants would be best? It has been unclear as to how far to space them.

SILVER PRINCESS? BOXLEAF EUONYMUS (Euonymus japonicus 'Moness') grows only 2-3' tall and wide. If you want a dense hedge, plant them two feet apart so they'll grow into one another. At 2' apart, you'll want 8-9 plants for a 17' span.
