My daffodil bulbs must be moved due to construction. The foliage is yellowing. Can I did them up and replant them elsewhere? Should I put them in the frig til fall? Don't want to lose them.

You can move your daffodils now if you dig them carefully and leave the yellowing foliage attached until it turns a crispy brown. When that happens, you can cut the foliage off. Daffodils are one of the bulbs that will grow in your area without a winter chill. Repot them as soon as possible, or plant them in their permanent place in the ground. Best wishes with your garden!
