| For sauce, I would absolutely go with 'Viva Italia Hybrid', it is very good for that purpose. 'Big Beef' also makes good juice. 'Big Boy' has thick walled flesh which makes it "meatier". All of these varieties are available from Burpee at 1-800-888-1447. |
