As for your apricot tree, you may be able to save it by washing the residue off with soapy water and then rinsing it well. Your household bug spray probably is oil-based and the oil suffocated the leaves by blocking the natural openings; the stems and trunk of your tree can suffer the same fate unless you remove the residual oil.
