Fanfare Blanket Flower - Knowledgebase Question

Should we cut off the old blooms after petals have dropped off of the flowers on our Fanfare Blanket Flower? They detract from the beauty of the plant. Thank you for your help.

Yes, you can deadhead this plant. You can cut each individual flower off, or you can shear the plant (lightly) once a significant number of seedheads develop. Doing this will help the plant continue to bloom its best throughout the season.
