| Blue Billow Hydrangea buds but will not bloom fully. One is in afternoon sun and one is in morning sun. Have used miracle grow when watering occasionally. Thanks, Lynn |
| I think what you are seeing is actually normal for this hydrangea -- it is a lacecap type. |
