The Q&A Archives: gerber daisey's

Question: Can gerber's be divided and if so when is the best time to seperate and plant them? Thank you.

Answer: Kathy,

Yes they can be divided. The best time is in fall, about October. Reset them before the dug plants dry out. Firm soil around the roots and water them in well. Take care to not keep them too moist but provide frequent watering for about a month until they have time to establish some good roots.
