The Q&A Archives: Yucca Plant

Question: My yucca plant does not flower

Answer: Yucca will flower when it reaches a certain maturity so it may take a few years before it flowers. It grows best in full sun all day long, a well drained soil, and without too much nitrogen fertilizer. Once it does bloom, the center of the plant will die out and the side shoots or pups will grow in its place.
