When is the best time to plant a fall vegtable garden and what vegtables due well in my area?

You can harvest veggies almost all year around in your gardening region. Veggies you plan to harvest in fall should be planted in mid-July through August, depending upon what you're planting. Here's a web address for an excellent publication from the University of Georgia. It lists planting dates, best varieties for your region and cultural requirements.
