Deer resistant plants don't really exist; a hungry deer will eat almost anything so whether or not deer will nibble your plants will depend upon how large the deer population is, how much competition for food ther is, and what other food sources they have. With that in mind, deer generally avoid Thuja, Arbutus, Pacific Wax Myrtle, Oleander and California Pepper trees. Sometimes they try nibbling on laurel, but it's not a favorite food.
