This is mimosa pudica. (The mimosa tree is a different plant entirely, Albizia julibrissin, although both are in the family Fabaceae.) Your plant is a tropical so should be kept at normal room temperature, say 65 degrees or warmer. It also likes ample humidity. It needs bright but indirect light and the soil should be kept evenly moist (not sopping wet/saturated and not dried out). Fertilize during the growing months with a water soluble fertilizer such as 10-10-10 plus minors per the label directions. When mature your plant will flower, you could save seeds from it if you wish. Enjoy your sensitive plant!
